Can I use this planner for a personal event if I don't have a small business?

You bet. While the Experience Planner was built with the small business in mind, you can certainly use it for small to medium scale personal events and should find it quite useful in sorting out the details.

Can I use this planner to plan my wedding?

While you can certainly use it to help plan your wedding, weddings have some unique needs, features and processes that aren't captured in this planner. I recommend checking out Jamie Wolfer on YouTube if you're looking to DIY your big day.

Can I book you to plan my wedding?

Congratulations on your big day! Unfortunately, I'm not actively offering wedding planning services at the moment. I hope your wedding is everything you dream of and more.

Can I buy your planner and still hire you to plan my event?

There are 3 options here:

  1. I recommend first booking a 1-hour consultation. I can help you work out the kinks and answer any questions you might have on how to use your planner before you decide to hire me.

  2. Still feel like you need more support? My recommendation is 1 session biweekly for 3 months - which actually comes out cheaper than hiring a planner to do everything for you from start to finish! Packages of 3 consults at a time are available in the shop.

  3. If you still would like to hire me, utilizing me as a day-of coordinator to tie up loose ends and help you run the show on the day of is a great option for the budget conscious. In this scenario, you pass me all of the pertinent info you’ve worked hard on no less than 2 weeks prior to your event, and I show up on the day of to handle the details while you interact with your guests. Why don’t you do end-to-end planning?

I created Everyday Experiential to empower you to do the planning yourself. Also, since my brand is comprised of only me, my time is limited and providing 1:1 consults means I can’t help as many people as I’d like. Hopefully in the future, I can build a team that offers more hands on support.

Why do the 1:1 consultations come in packages of 3?

I have a 3 month rule - on average, it takes at least three months to properly plan a small to medium event. That means that meeting once a month during that time frame is 3 sessions, meeting twice a month during that time is 6 sessions, etc.
